Each Walker must fill out a registration form. Please fill this form out and return it to the Colon Cancer Prevention Project, or fill out the online form. The registration fee is $10 per participant. Remember to indicate your t-shirt size!

- Fundraising Template Letter (click here)
This is an example or template letter that may be used to reach out to friends, family, coworkers, and others who may wish to support your team’s fundraising efforts. Please personalize your letter to explain why you are participating and how colon cancer has touched your life. Send it via mail or cut and paste it into an email!
- Donation Form (click here)
Include a donation form with your letters to donors. Return completed forms and donations to the Colon Cancer Prevention Project.
Remember, donations can also be made with credit cards online at www.bwkdesigngroup.com/c2p2ky/ *Donors should make a notation of the walker’s name and/or team name under the field labeled “Add special instructions to the seller.” This will ensure the correct team/walker receives credit toward their fundraising goal.
