The Bottoms Up Bash was a Smash!

Last Friday, March 16, the Project had its first-ever Bottoms Up Bash.

When we first started planning it just THREE months ago (whoa!), we had no idea what kind of reception it would get. But there is no question now - it was a huge success! We had around 300 people attend the event, which included a silent auction, a deejay and music by the Chattering Magpies, and delicious appetizers by Jarfi's Catering and North End Cafe. Oh, and did I mention the signature blue cocktail courtesy of Heaven Hill, and the free wine and bubby courtesy of Barefoot Wine & Bubbly? Good stuff!

Interested in making the blue cocktail on your own? Check out the recipe here.

And check out photos from the party here (they are also on Facebook).

Thank you for everyone who supported us in this inaugural event! Plans are already starting for the 2013 Bash!
